Gold Mine (XPB230) is an early-maturing vegetable bush bean variety with a vegetation period of 53–55 days. The plant is characterized by its compactness and upright habit, reaching a height of 38–50 cm, and does not require staking.

Pods 12.5–15 cm long have a smooth surface and a bright yellow color, forming in clusters. The variety is characterized by the absence of a fibrous parchment layer and is suitable for both manual and mechanized harvesting.

The variety possesses resistance to bean common mosaic virus, bacterial blight, and bacterial spot. The crop is valued for its high taste qualities and is a commercial standard for the fresh produce market and industrial processing.
