The variety is the result of breeding work aimed at improving and standardizing the characteristics of the traditional local Ganxet bean. It is used both for professional cultivation and for the preservation of the genetic and qualitative traits of this type.
The variety is characterized by a high creaminess of texture, typical of the Ganxet bean. Studies indicate a relatively short cooking time for the seeds compared to some other traditional samples. Highly specific agronomic indicators, such as precise plant height or disease resistance, are not recorded in open publications.
