The Patrizia (MV60) variety is a bush-type green bean with an upright plant habit 35–40 cm tall. The plant forms yellow fleshy pods 1.8–2.1 cm wide, each containing 4–5 seeds. Average productivity is 7–8 pods per plant.

The variety was obtained as a result of breeding from the progeny of a cross between the Meraviglia di Venezia, Royal Red Kidney, and Kinghorn Wax varieties. It is intended for the fresh market and possesses genetically determined resistance to bean common mosaic virus (BCMV).
