The Romanette variety is an Italian-type bush plant. The pods have a flat shape, reaching approximately 15 cm in length and about 2 cm in width. The bean seeds are white.
The plant belongs to early-maturing varieties with a ripening period of about 55 days. The variety shows resistance to one or more races of bean common mosaic virus. The crop can be used both fresh as snap beans and as a shelling variety.
