The variety has kidney-shaped seeds with a recognizable cross or eye pattern. The plant is predominantly of a bush type with a height of about 40–50 cm, although climbing forms also occur. Straight pods about 15 cm long contain from 4 to 6 grains.

The variety belongs to the mid-early group with a development cycle of up to 120 days for harvest at full maturity or 50–80 days for harvest in a semi-mature state. It is intended for consumption in dry or semi-dry form and is characterized by adaptability to local conditions and tolerance to environmental stresses.
