The variety belongs to the category of climbing beans. According to the results of biochemical studies, the seeds of the variety are colored and are characterized by one of the highest levels of antioxidant activity and phenolic compounds among bean varieties developed by the ITACyL institute.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the conditions of the Castile and León region in Spain, which is the main center for dry bean production. The plant is classified as a grain bean used for consumption in dry form.
