Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is mentioned in breeding publications from the 1970s–1990s, specifically in the context of research on crossing and the study of the afila mutant form, characterized by the absence of leaflets. The variety was also used in comparative trials for resistance to the root rot pathogens Fusarium solani and Ascochyta pisi.

In laboratory studies, the variety was considered as an example for the study of anti-nutritional factors, specifically the activity level of trypsin inhibitors, which was 4.2 TUI/mg of dry matter.
