The plant belongs to mid-early varieties with a stem height of 62 to 65 cm. The variety lacks anthocyanin coloration and stem fasciation. The foliage is dark green in color with large stipules showing characteristic spotting. Up to three flowers can form at a single node, having a strongly curved base of the standard petal.
The pods are straight, uniform, reach a length of 7–8 cm, and contain 7 to 9 medium-sized seeds. The seeds are distinguished by a sweet taste and tender texture without pronounced fibrousness. The variety has good adaptation to climatic conditions and in most cases does not require staking.
Produce of the Banat variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing, including freezing and canning.
