The variety is intended for canning. The plant with a normal leaf type reaches a height of about 64 cm and forms two blunt pods per node. The thousand kernel weight is 16.85 g.
The variety matures approximately 3 days later than the standard 'Avola', requiring 1270–1280 heat units. It is characterized by resistance to Fusarium oxysporum race 1 and high lodging resistance. At harvest, it yields medium-sized peas (large-medium grade).
