The variety is mid-season and requires 1470 active temperature units to reach technical maturity. The afila-type determinate plant reaches a height of 45 cm, with growth ceasing after the formation of a terminal floral node at the second reproductive node.
Pods are concentrated in the upper part of the plant, usually 2-3 per node, containing 8-9 seeds each. Due to the afila foliage type, the variety is resistant to lodging and suitable for mechanical harvesting. The variety is homozygous for the seed wrinkling alleles r and rb and carries the del allele, which determines its determinate phenotype.
