The variety belongs to the "grochopełuszka" group, which combines features of field and forage peas. It was created to obtain high seed yields with improved quality indicators, suitable for use as fodder, in particular in grain-legume mixtures with oats.
The plant is distinguished by a semi-dwarf growth type, which provides better lodging resistance compared to traditional forage pea varieties. The thousand kernel weight is about 240.4 g. The variety is considered one of the first significant achievements of Polish breeding in creating forage forms with characteristics similar to white-flowered food varieties.
