The variety was bred by multiple individual selection from the hybrid combination "Mutant compact" × "Neptun". The plant forms white flowers, slightly curved pods with a blunt tip, and spherical seeds with yellow cotyledons. The thousand kernel weight is 163–205 grams.
When sown in spring, the variety is mid-ripening with a growing season of 90–95 days; when sown in winter, it is early-ripening (231–235 days). The potential seed yield reaches 4.5–5.0 t/ha. The variety is moderately resistant to Ascochyta blight and susceptible to anthracnose.
