The variety belongs to the "Maple pea" type (fodder or field pea). The variety's production is used in the food industry for the production of soups, purees, and vegetarian dishes, and is also used as a component in livestock feed, in particular for poultry farming.

The breeding number of the variety is NOS313.074-227/3, obtained as a result of crossing Abarth and B004 lines. The variety is undergoing variety testing programs, including the assessment of yield, quality, and resistance under field conditions.
