The variety belongs to the semi-leafless (tendril) type. The plant forms white-colored flowers and yellow-colored seeds. By purpose, it is classified as fodder pea.
In breeding practice, the variety is known as one of the parental components used in the development of the pea variety Eso through the crossing of Catania and Stabil.
