The variety is intended for creating lawn covers resistant to difficult operating conditions, including areas with high humidity, light deficiency, or intense mechanical impact, for example, sports facilities and golf courses.

The characteristics of the variety correspond to the biological profile of the species, which is distinguished by high shade tolerance, the ability for rapid vegetative recovery through the formation of shoots, and resistance to low temperatures. The plant forms a dense turf of saturated green color.
