The variety is intended for use in turf grass mixtures, including those for sports grounds and areas with high operational load. Due to its high regenerative capacity and growth density, it is effective in shaded areas.

The plant is characterized by low growth and intensive shoot formation. The variety possesses high resistance to wear and a complex of turf diseases, and also demonstrates suitability for low mowing.
