The variety forms a dense, tight turf with fine leaves of a rich dark green color. The plant is distinguished by rapid development and rooting. The upright growth habit provides an even lawn surface, which is important for use on golf courses.

The variety is intended for creating lawns in conditions of limited light, high humidity, and a cool climate. It is suitable for overseeding on golf course greens during the winter dormancy period of other grass species, as it tolerates low mowing well. It is often used as a component of specialized lawn grass mixtures.
