The variety has an upright habit and strong flower stalks, reaching a height of 60 to 100 cm. The flowers are deep yellow, of the simple type, and possess a pronounced fragrance. In a number of catalogs, it may be found under the name Golden Harvest.

The plant is thermophilic and sensitive to frost; therefore, in temperate climate conditions, it is recommended for cultivation in orangeries, greenhouses, or containers. Flowering of the variety usually occurs from August to September. It is used as an ornamental crop and for cut flowers.
