The apricot variety «Lotte» is characterized by large, round or ellipsoid orange fruits with a red blush. The tree possesses high winter hardiness, resistance of the fruits to cracking, and good keeping quality; it is intended for fresh consumption.
The ornamental cherry «Lotte» is a slow-growing shrub or small tree. The plant blooms with pink flowers in March–April, produces small, bitter dark blue fruits, and is used for decorative purposes.
The plum «Lotte» of Latvian breeding produces fruits of good quality; however, the variety is characterized by insufficient winter hardiness in a number of regions.
