Variety description

10 August 2026

The rootstock is classified as dwarfing; trees on this rootstock reach 35–40% of the size of trees on F12/1 rootstock. This rootstock promotes early onset of bearing in the scion and increases crop efficiency.

The plant is prone to active root suckering. Hypersensitivity of the rootstock to pollen-transmitted Prunus necrotic ringspot virus and prune dwarf virus has been noted.

With a high crop load, there is a risk of reduction in scion fruit size due to a decrease in leaf surface area.
