Bianca Casali is an ancient local variety widespread in the Tuscany region, Italy. Due to its origin, it is not a product of modern breeding and is included in agrobiodiversity conservation programs.
The fruits of the variety are medium-sized, with white flesh and greenish-red skin. Fruit ripening occurs on September 1. In Italian sources, the plant is characterized as having low susceptibility to peach leaf curl.
