The Congres variety tree is characterized by medium vigor and resistance to diseases and pests. The fruit ripening period occurs from the end of July to the second decade of August.

The fruits have white-cream skin with a carmine-red blush covering 60–70% of the surface. The flesh is tender, melting, with red veins near the pit. The variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.
