The variety is classified as a clingstone-type peach intended for canning. The fruits have a uniform yellow skin and flesh color without red pigmentation. The pit cavity is usually not colored, while the flesh quality is well-suited for industrial processing.
The ripening period occurs approximately 5 weeks later than the Elberta variety. The tree is highly productive and is characterized by a relatively small amount of "blind wood" compared to compact types. The dormancy requirement is about 800 hours.
