The variety belongs to traditional local peaches of the Tuscany region. Medium-sized fruits have yellow skin, are aromatic and characterized by a sweet taste. The flesh is firm, which is typical for the 'Cotogna' group of varieties used both for fresh consumption and processing.
The variety ripens late, around September 10. The plant shows low susceptibility to peach leaf curl, while not being immune to the disease.
