The variety was obtained through selective breeding in the Eastern Pyrenees region, France, using Armking and Zaitabo nectarines as parental forms. The crop is intended for cultivation in Mediterranean climate conditions with high temperatures and low humidity.
The fruits are distinguished by high quality and a long shelf life both before and after harvest. The thick and firm skin ensures the resistance of the fruits to rot and mechanical damage.
