The variety was obtained through selection from seedlings of yellow nectarines, specifically the Maillarboom variety. The fruits ripen in early September. The skin is characterized by a high percentage of red blush, the flesh is yellow, aromatic, semi-sweet, with a crunchy or melting texture. The pit is clingstone.
The plant is distinguished by high productivity and uniformity of fruit ripening. The variety possesses hardiness and a long storage life for the produce both before and after harvest, making it suitable for sale in the fresh fruit market.
