Red Haven
ActivePrunus persica (L.) Batsch · Peach
Stat Exp South Haven (US)
10 August 2026
The variety belongs to nectarines, a peach cultivar with smooth skin. The fruits have sweet, juicy white-pink flesh and reach a size of 150–200 g. The fruit coloration is characterized as red with yellow speckles or background. The ripening period is late: the harvest takes place at the end of August — the first half of September.
The Nectarose tree is medium-vigorous, with a semi-upright habit. The variety possesses good resistance to brown rot (Monilinia). Due to the transport characteristics of white-fleshed fruits, the variety has not gained wide distribution in industrial production and is grown mainly in amateur plots.
