The variety is a synonym for the variety Adriática, one of whose parents is the variety Carson. The medium-sized fruits have an oblong shape, yellow-orange skin with an orange blush on 10–20% of the surface. The flesh is yellow and firm.
The variety belongs to the mid-early maturity group, with harvest in European regions occurring in early August. It is used in scientific research on compatibility with rootstocks such as almond-peach hybrids.
