Zaipevi is a compact tree that does not exceed 1 meter in the first 5 years of life, and reaches a height of about 1.5 meters by 8–10 years. The variety is self-fertile and is optimally suited for cultivation in tubs on balconies, terraces, or in small plots.
Fruits with a diameter of about 7 cm have a red-orange color. The flesh of the fruits is white, juicy and melting, possessing a sweet taste and aroma. The ripening period occurs at the end of July. The variety does not possess immunity to peach leaf curl.
