The Souvenir II tree is characterized by medium vigor and forms a semi-upright crown. The variety is self-compatible, which allows it to bear fruit without the use of pollinator varieties. Harvesting of the mid-season fruit in commercial orchard conditions occurs at the end of December.
The fruits of the variety have a round shape, purple skin, and dense, melting yellow flesh. Yield is about 20 kg per tree. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption and retain their quality during storage for up to 4 weeks under controlled temperature conditions.
