The variety was obtained as a result of breeding work in California conducted in 1994. The genetic line of the variety is represented by the formula (Midsummer x 295-198) x (Suplumsix x Suplumeleven).
The fruits of this variety are distinguished by their large size, smooth red skin, and juicy flesh, which acquires a pink tint as it ripens. The variety is characterized by stable and abundant fruiting and is intended for supply to the fresh market.
