The fruits of this variety are large, have skin with red speckles, and juicy golden flesh. It belongs to the mid-late maturity group, while the tree is highly productive and requires about 600 hours of winter chilling.

During cultivation, high fruit sensitivity to cracking under excess moisture is noted. The variety's genealogy includes such cultivars as Autumn Giant, Friar, Modesto, Red Beaut, and Splash.
