The root crops of the variety have an elongated shape, reaching 15–25 cm in length. The skin of the root crop is milky-white, almost transparent in color; the flesh is characterized as tender and crispy with a delicate spicy taste.

The plant is early-maturing: the period from sowing to harvest is 4–5 weeks. The variety is suitable for early cultivation and is capable of withstanding frosts down to -7°C.

The classification of the variety as black radish is erroneous and arises due to the use of Blanche transparente as a reference variety when describing the genus Raphanus sativus in technical documents on breeding.
