Root crops have a mass of 100–200 g with a length of 12–15 cm and a diameter of about 3 cm. The surface of the fruits is even and smooth, which facilitates their removal from the soil. The flesh is juicy and tender; during the ripening process, the intensity of the purple color of the core increases.

The plant has average resistance to bolting. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, use in vitamin salads, and decorative plating (carving).
