The variety is intended for use as a green manure to suppress weeds and improve soil condition before planting sugar beet and potatoes. The plants have a medium-high initial growth rate and are capable of forming a powerful root system that penetrates deep into the soil and breaks up compaction.

When sown in summer, the variety is characterized by late and sparse flowering, which allows for an extended vegetative period. The yield of dry and green mass is rated as very high, while root yield is at a medium level. The variety exhibits resistance to drought and nematode infestation.
