The variety belongs to crops for summer intermediate use. It is characterized by moderate to strong biomass accumulation in the initial development period, low lodging susceptibility, and low bolting susceptibility.

The plant possesses high resistance to beet cyst nematodes and suppresses the reproduction of Meloidogyne chitwoodi nematodes. The main purpose of the variety is use as a green manure for improving soil condition within crop rotation.
