The Stamm P variety is a diploid and open-pollinated plant. Morphologically characterized by the red color of the root.
In official classifiers, the variety belongs to the species Raphanus sativus L. and is most often classified as radish, although in registers it may appear in categories for both radish and daikon. Used in experimental research, in particular for studying the quality of winter period vegetables.
