The Spring Favor F1 hybrid belongs to the daikon crop type and is characterized by an early maturity period of 40 to 45 days. The root crops have a cylindrical shape with rounded tips, reaching a length of 10–14 cm and a diameter of 4.5–5.5 cm with an average weight of 150–200 g. The surface of the fruits is smooth, and the color is snow-white.
The flesh of the root crops is firm, juicy, and crunchy, possessing a pleasant taste without pronounced pungency or bitterness. The fruits are suitable for transportation and storage for 1–2 months. The hybrid exhibits high stress tolerance, is adapted to various growing conditions, and is resistant to bolting and short-term cold spells.
The crop is intended for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, with optimal sowing periods being summer and the first half of autumn. Under certain growing conditions, the variety may be susceptible to the risk of void formation inside the root crop and the appearance of secondary roots.
