The variety is highly heterozygous, therefore it is propagated exclusively by vegetative means to preserve its characteristics. Plant height reaches 80–150 cm; bushes are vigorous and spreading with large green leaves. Thick and sturdy petioles range in color from bright red to red-green.
The harvest period lasts from May to mid-summer. The variety has a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste and does not form tough fibers when grown correctly. Due to its significant size, the plant also serves a decorative function in the garden.
