Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub 30–40 cm in height with dark green foliage. The flowers are double, pink, and have a diameter from 3 to 5 cm.
The plant's flowering period occurs between January and May; under favorable conditions, it lasts up to 6 weeks. The variety is light-loving, prefers acidic soils with high organic content, and does not tolerate direct sunlight.
The plant is intended for interior decoration as a potted culture. In scientific literature, the variety is studied in the context of the defense reactions of Rhododendron against pests, in particular the greenhouse spider mite.
