The variety White Clinton, sometimes referred to as White Antwerp, is one of the oldest white currant varieties. The variety was historically widespread, however, it is rare in modern breeding and commercial production, and therefore detailed agronomic indicators are unavailable.
The berries are characterized as very sweet and early-ripening. One of the distinctive visual features of the fruit is its darker color compared to other members of the white-fruited currant group.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
