The variety «Холодный яр» (Kholodnyi yar) is an object of breeding work by the Institute of Horticulture of the NAAS of Ukraine. In scientific publications, it is mentioned as a variety demonstrating increased potential productivity indicators and an improved state of the pigment complex in comparison with the «Неслуховский» variety.
At the present time, detailed morphological and agronomic characteristics of the plant, including maturity group, bush height, disease resistance, and organoleptic properties of the berries, are absent in open sources.
