The variety was bred by breeder Jaan Rae. The bush is medium-sized, spreading, with a whitish tinge of bark and long, strong, single thorns. The shoots are prone to leaning strongly towards the ground; their tips are capable of rooting on their own.
The berries are medium-sized or small, weighing 2–2.5 g, round-oval in shape, dark red in color with a waxy bloom. The skin is quite thick, the flesh is greenish, and the taste is sweet and sour. The content of sugars is 5.6%, acids — 2.9%, and vitamin C — 29 mg per 100 g of product.
