The Cocagne bean variety is an early and high-yielding dwarf plant resistant to mosaic virus and anthracnose. Its pods have a creamy shade with characteristic purple streaks.
As a red currant variety, Cocagne is mentioned in a number of European catalogs as a French variety. The plant is characterized by good winter hardiness and persistent clusters convenient for manual harvesting, although detailed scientific agrotechnical data for it are absent.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
