The variety forms a compact, branching shrub 80–100 cm tall and about 50 cm wide with strong upright shoots. The plant's foliage is large, dark green, and has a distinct glossy sheen.
The cup-shaped flowers reach a diameter of 2–3 cm and consist of 17–28 pink petals with a yellowish undertone and golden stamens. Inflorescences typically include 5 to 10 flowers.
