The variety is a spreading shrub 0.5–1 meter in height with a width of about 0.5 meters. The shoots are drooping, foliage is dark green. Flowers are semi-double or double, fragrant, and gathered in inflorescences at the ends of the shoots.
The plant is winter-hardy in 6a climatic zone conditions and resistant to drought. It prefers sunny locations or partial shade and moderately moist soils with a slightly acidic or neutral reaction.
Used in group plantings for landscaping parks, urban areas, and private gardens. Recommended planting density is 4 plants per square meter.
