The variety belongs to the hybrid tea rose group. The plant forms a compact upright bush 0.5 to 1.2 m in height and 0.4–0.5 m in width. Foliage is large, dark green, leathery and matte. Stems are characterized by an almost complete absence of thorns.

Flowers are large, 12–14 cm in diameter, double, consisting of approximately 40 petals. Color is dark red, acquiring a purple or crimson hue when aging in the sun. Fragrance is strong, characteristic of Damask roses.

The variety is repeat-flowering, with flowers arranged singly or in clusters of 1–3. Flowers are resistant to adverse weather conditions, including rain and wind.
