The variety is known under the trade name Rosanna™ and the synonym La Vanoise Parc National. The plant is a vigorous shrub with a height of 200 to 300 cm, reaching about 250 cm in width. The variety is characterized by large flowers 10–12 cm in diameter, possessing a nostalgic shape and a weak or moderate fragrance.

Flowering occurs in waves throughout the season, starting from late spring or early summer. The variety possesses high resistance to powdery mildew and black spot, and is characterized by high winter hardiness (USDA zone 5–6). Due to its climbing habit, it requires the use of supports for vertical landscaping.
