The variety Poultc024, known as Red Easy Cover or Knoxville Cover, belongs to the group of groundcover or small-flowered shrub roses. The plant height ranges from 30 to 60 cm, and the bush width is 30–40 cm. The flowers are medium-red or cherry-red in hue, double, have 25 to 50 petals, and range in size from 3 to 8 cm. The variety has no scent or a very weak one.

The plant is noted for abundant continuous blooming and high resistance to foliage diseases. The flowers are characterized by their durability when cut. The variety is intended for landscaping flower beds, mass plantings, and cultivation in containers and tubs. The bush structure is compact, suitable for use as a spray rose.
