The variety Poultc014, known by the trade names Golden Eye Cover and Sugarland Run Cover, is a low-growing shrub 40–60 cm in height. The plant has a compact, dense habit with dark green glossy foliage and is used for landscaping, including the creation of borders and container cultivation.

The flowers, with a diameter of 5–8 cm, have a bright yellow color, a semi-double structure, and contain 15 to 25 petals. They are gathered in large inflorescences and have practically no aroma. The variety is characterized by rapid growth, the ability for flowers to last up to 10 days, and the formation of decorative fruit.
